Whatever you may call it.
Sometimes I hear people say that all the problems in this world stem from overpopulation.
I take issue with this.
The problem isn’t the size of the population in and of itself.
The problem is the quality of the population.
If we all looked out for each other things might be different.
But we don’t. We look out for ourselves.
At least most of us do.
So here’s to the one time of year when everyone at least pretends to care about the poor, and the sick, and the hungry. No matter what you call it.
